360/StratCom: Movements amid rising authoritarianism

As authoritarian regimes leverage technology to advance political control and repression, activists and movement leaders are creatively organizing to both use technology and stay safe from it. Activists from around the world will speak to the ways they are learning from one another, pushing back in the face of techno-authoritarianism, and driving democracy in their own communities.
