Grace Abuhamad

Grace Abuhamad is a nonresident fellow with the Democracy + Tech Initiative at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab.

Presently, Abuhamad is a technology policy strategist who previously served as chief of staff at the United States Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration. Between tours in government, she held research and policy roles at the software startup Element AI (acquired by ServiceNow in January 2021) and the nonprofit Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. Abuhamad holds degrees from Wellesley College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and volunteers as an art museum guide in Washington, DC.
