Information Warfare

This session will explore how social media has reshaped modern conflict. It will examine the information warfare strategy and doctrine of different national militaries, including those of Russia, China, and the United States, and consider similarities and differences between them. This session will especially focus on Russia’s war against Ukraine and what it presages about the future of disinformation and information manipulation.
