Giovana Cardoso
Giovana Cardoso is a program assistant for development at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab. In her role, she supports opportunity identification, proposal development, and grant management.
Cardoso previously worked as a research consultant for a monitoring and evaluating firm based in the United Kingdom. She has also interned at Amnesty International’s Digital Campaigns unit in London and in the UNESCO Brasilia Office. She holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and international relations from Royal Holloway, University of London and a master’s degree in international development from the Institute of Development Studies in the United Kingdom. She is based in Washington, DC.
