In 2017, she worked as an advisor for the chairperson of the Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines on the human-rights investigation of the killings linked to the Philippine government’s “war on drugs,” which is now the subject of an International Criminal Court investigation.

Her research interests include the application of international law to emerging technology and the role of people, processes, and institutions in the development of globally inclusive tech policies.

Domino is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of the Philippines.
