Tiffany Xingyu Wang

Tiffany Xingyu Wang is an award-winning leader at the intersection of media, technology, and ethics. Named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Forbes Most Entrepreneurial CMO, and AdWeek B2B Thought Leader, she is currently focused on building a stealth startup that addresses AI guardrails. As co-founder of the Oasis Consortium, Tiffany spearheaded initiatives to establish digital sustainability and ethical standards in Web3, leading to the launch of the groundbreaking User Safety Standards.

Her thought leadership has been widely recognized in prestigious outlets such as TIME, Harvard Business Review, MIT Technology Review, and Forbes, demonstrating her expertise in digital trust. She serves in advisory roles for the Atlantic Council’s Trust Taskforce, the AdCouncil board, and the World Economic Forum’s Digital Trust & Safety Council, underscoring her global commitment to advancing ethical digital ecosystems.

Tiffany’s forward-thinking approach extends to investments and advisory roles in cutting-edge technologies like privacy, security, and quantum computing. She also holds two USPTO patents for her innovative work applying machine learning to marketing.

Most recently, she was the Chief Marketing & Trust Officer at OpenWeb, a platform revolutionizing online community engagement for over 5,000 publishers and brands in the Web3 space. Before that, she served as Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Spectrum Labs, where she ensured the online safety of over a billion users across various industries, leading to the company’s acquisition by ActiveFence.

Earlier in her career, Tiffany was an award-winning financier, specializing in energy assets across sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Her work earned her team multiple Thomson Reuters and Malaysian Greentech Awards, and she provided strategic investment advice to governments and financial institutions throughout Southeast Asia.

Tiffany’s diverse educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Fudan University, a Master’s in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po, and an MBA with a concentration in Statistics from The Wharton School.
