Zhenwei Gao
Zhenwei Gao is a former Young Global Professional with the Cyber Statecraft Initiative, part of the Atlantic Council Tech Programs. She is an undergraduate at Stanford University, majoring in International Relations with a focus on US-China technology competition. Gao is currently writing an honors thesis on the governance of cyber activities through international law. She also conducts research on negotiation strategies at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business’s Social Decision-Making Lab.
