Jen Roberts

Jen Roberts is an Assistant Director with the Cyber Statecraft Initiative, part of the the Atlantic Council Tech Programs. She primarily works on CSI’s Proliferation of Offensive Cyber Capabilities and Combating Cybercrime work.

Jen also helps support the Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge and is passionate about how the United States with its allies and partners, especially in the Indo-Pacific, can cooperate in the cyber domain.  

Jen holds an MA in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where she concentrated in Strategic Studies. She also attained her BA in International Studies from American University’s School of International Service.
