Grace Menna
Grace Menna is the Young Global Professional with the Cyber Statecraft Initiative, part of the the Atlantic Council Tech Programs. Menna recently graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, where she majored in Philosophy with concentrations in Ethics, Economics, Technology, & Law. While at Arizona State, Menna spent two years working as a nonpartisan staffer at the Arizona State Senate and a year interning at a Government Technology and Cybersecurity consulting firm.
Her main research interests lie in intersection of cybersecurity and technology policy, including public sector organizational transformation and building global ethical frameworks to tackle the proliferation and irresponsible use of commercial cyber intrusion capabilities. In addition to her academic pursuits, Menna served in ASU’s Undergraduate Student Government and co-founded an association supporting women professionals in technology and government in Arizona.
Menna is passionate about global initiatives supporting girls’ education and increasing the representation of women in cybersecurity. In her free time, Menna enjoys practicing hot yoga, painting, curating Spotify playlists, frequenting her favorite local coffee shops, and getting lost in stories.
